Last updated: June 2026. These terms apply to all services provided by Aevora Automation Systems.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Aevora Automation Systems ("Aevora", "we", "us") and the client ("Client", "you"). By signing a service agreement or using any Aevora service, you agree to these Terms in full.
A formal service agreement will be provided separately for electronic signature prior to commencement of any work. That agreement governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
The minimum engagement period is three (3) consecutive calendar months from the date of the first invoice payment. Service does not commence until the first invoice is paid in full.
After the minimum term concludes, the agreement continues on a rolling month-to-month basis until terminated by either party in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
To terminate after the minimum term, written notice must be received by Aevora at least thirty (30) calendar days before the next billing date. Notice must be submitted by email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
If Client terminates before the end of the three-month minimum term, all remaining months of the minimum commitment become immediately due.
The first invoice covers the first month's subscription fee plus the setup fee, due on the date the agreement is signed. Subsequent invoices are charged automatically on the same calendar date each month. Payment is processed via credit or debit card only.
Day 1: automated notification. Day 3: direct contact by Aevora. Day 7: service suspended. Day 14: remaining contract fees become immediately due per early exit terms.
Clients may upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Downgrades are permitted only after the minimum commitment period has concluded.
Aevora may terminate immediately and without refund in the event of: non-payment outstanding beyond 14 days; material breach by Client; abusive or fraudulent conduct; or use of the system in violation of applicable laws.
Client data remains accessible for 30 days post-termination for export, after which it is deleted. Aevora treats all client business information as confidential and does not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service.
Aevora guarantees delivery speed and system uptime. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or conversion rates. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aevora Automation Systems is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration before litigation is pursued.

When you submit the booking form on this website, we collect your name, business name, and email address. This information is used solely to prepare for and conduct your intro call. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party for marketing purposes.
If you become an Aevora client, we collect additional business information via the onboarding setup form. This includes your services, service area, calendar access credentials, and customer FAQ. This data is used exclusively to build and operate your Velara AI system.
Contact information submitted via this website is used to follow up on your intro call booking. Onboarding data is used to configure your system and improve its performance over time. We may contact you with service updates, performance reports, and relevant product announcements.
All data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorised Aevora team members only. We do not store payment card information — all billing is handled by our payment processor.
This website uses minimal cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics that identify individual users.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. To make a request, contact us at the email address in the footer. We will respond within 14 business days.
